Roll over, already!

We never, hardly ever, think to put little baby B down on the floor. Our precious angel is either in our arms or cozy in her swing, safe from her often over-loving sister. Today, we put her down on the floor mat. She is SO close to rolling over. She's probably have rolled over a month ago, had she just gotten in the practice.

Happy Birthday to Talullah!

It hardly seems possible, but my baby girl is turning TWO. Today was her Tea Time birthday party. It was so much fun watching all the small ones interact. Braxton, Bradley, Addie, Jase, Aiden, Payton, Adelaide, Mason, Berlyn, and Talullah. It was a perfect kind of day, and the sun chose to shine just long enough for the kids to get outside and run around for a bit. Happy birthday, beautiful daughter of mine. You brighten my life and make each day better. You know a thousand ways to make us smile and your laughter melts my heart. Thank you for teaching me how to be a mommy. It's my most favorite thing to be.

Hot Tub Fun!

Oh how much we LOVE the hot tub. It's one of Talullah's favorite things to do, and we're so glad that Berlyn seems to like it too. For the most part. We're trying to teach Miss T that it is absolutely not ok to drink the water, and that the blow up seat is now for baby sister. We bought the tub on craigslist last year and it has been such a good investment. Great family time together!

Pretty as a Princess

Look at her beautiful french braid, too!!! It may have took blood, sweat, and tears, and holding her down to finish the braid... but boy oh boy did her hair look cute!

Christmas craziness

Just a few more pictures to represent our holiday celebration. I fell in love with the picture of Logan and Talullah. Doesn't it look like he must be whispering secrets in her ear?

A day in the life of Miss Talullah

Rarely is there a dull moment with this girl around. She keeps us on our toes and often has me in tears...laughing, that is. Her new phrase is "I don't know." Example: "Talullah! WHY did you pull all the bulbs off the Christmas tree?!?! You know better than that!" Talullah's reply as she sits in her princess dress up clothes, shrugging up her shoulders, serious as can be... "I dun knew."
