Wish, oh wish we could have gone out of town for the whole weekend, but we still enjoyed the 4th of July. We walked the booth's in
Old Town. Once Miss T finally woke up to enjoy the festivities, she got her face painted and went in the petting zoo. Among the baby pig, sheep, goat, and tiny horse, the chickens were by far her favorite. After all that we drove out to the Salmon Creek Ranch to visit with the Chapmans. Mark & Tammy, Eric & Johanna, Rebekah and Cameron, and Mike & Annette were all there. We sat basking in the sun enjoying a delicious dinner and good conversation. Since I had yet to see them, we left the girls with Grammy and hiked down to the waterfalls. Simply breathtaking! Tammy broke out a slip 'n slide and poured cooking oil on them in hopes of making for a more slippery slide. In hindsight, this was not such a good idea.
