What a fantastic week this has been. Nick and I went for an overnight trip to Miranda, staying in his parents trailer and enjoying some much needed sunshine. We read, read, read, and just soaked in the rays. It was nice to be forced to relax, and Talullah was such a good little girl. She just layed on a towel in the shade entertaining herself w/ toys, which is highly unusual. Typically, she's an attention hog and wants to be in your arms at all times. Spoiled? Nah. Just loved... immensely. We came home Tuesday and my mom and I headed straight for Yuba City to attend my nephews 8th grade graduation Wed. morning. Hooray for Michael!!! He survived junior high. I'm sending continual prayers his way for the next four years to help him conquer high school. The kids love Talullah so much, it's always fun to get together with my family. Oh, and I come home to find that my beloved husband has one lovely black, swollen eye from his last softball game. Even slightly disfigured, he's such a handsome man. ;)
